Lockdown – Coronavirus & Services Update

Connect would like to assure all our clients that we are continuing to provide our essential transport services during this, our most recent lockdown. We will also continue to accept new clients who need access to our vital services.  We understand that there is ongoing concern regarding the recent spread of the coronavirus and Connect continues to act on the public health advice of NSW Health and TFNSW to get you to your destination and home again safely.

During ‘lockdown’ our shopping, shuttle and medical services by bus, van and car continue but our social outings are suspended. Clients who have already paid for outings within this period will receive a full refund.

The health and safety of our clients and staff is paramount – Connect requires staff and clients alike to to wear masks on all services.  Sanitiser and masks are readily available in all vehicles –  though you are advised to carry your own with you at all times.

Connect continue its vigorous vehicle and equipment cleaning regime. We ask valued clients to follow staff directions carefully with regards to seating and social distancing on the vehicles.

Don’t forget we are a cashless business from Thursday 1 July 2021.

On and from Thursday 1 July 2021, we will not accept cash or cheque payments. All ‘in person’ fares will need to be made via the ‘tap & go’ terminal in the vehicles using a debit or credit card, or by calling the office (in advance) and setting up an account that can be paid monthly.

A reminder that if you are unwell, seek medical attention.  We ask that you call the office ahead of time to cancel any upcoming bookings.
