On 11 May 2026, Connect: Inner West Transport Group Inc. members passed a special resolution to change the organisation’s constitution.

A copy of the governance document approved by members on 11 May 2026 and subsequently approved by the NSW Fair Trading Commissioner on 27 May 2026 may be found here.

The Board has established three sub-committees.

• Board nominations sub-committee
• Executive Officer Remuneration, Performance & Recruitment sub-committee
• Internal Audit & Risk Management Sub Committee
