Covid-19 and Connect Services Update

NSW Health has advised that from Friday 29th January, it is still recommended, but not compulsory to wear a mask in shopping centres.

It is however mandatory under current NSW Public Health orders for staff and clients alike, to wear a mask on all Connect: Inner West Community Transport services.

Irrespective of the relaxation of rules stated by NSW Health, for your ongoing protection and safety, we highly recommend that you continue wearing masks in high-density environments, particularly in supermarkets and shopping centres.

The health and safety of our clients and staff is paramount.  Vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected on a daily basis. Sanitiser and masks are readily available – though you are advised to carry your own with you at all times.  We continue to encourage cashless transacting, and will be completely cashless by 1 July, 2021.

Community transport is an essential service and we continue to provide our vital shopping, shuttle, social, medical, and individual transport services, and welcome new clients.

Our social outings continue to operate and our new autumn calendar has just been released with a host of activities for you to safely participate.  Bookings are open now.  Our hours of operation remain unchanged.  There may be a few spots left on some of our remaining summer outings also if you get in quick!
