Need help navigating the Aged Care System?

Learn everything you need to know to help you navigate the aged care system.

While the COTA information Hub is temporarily closed due to Covid19, help is still available over the phone.  The team can help you understand:

–  how the aged care system works
–  how to orgnanise home care or residential care
–  the different ways that aged care is funded

They can also sit with you and help you to fill in forms, apply for services, navigate the website or phone the centre directly.

Assistance is available in Chinese and Mandarin.
