On 22 September 2025, Connect: Inner West Transport Group Inc. members passed a special resolution to change the organisation’s constitution.

A copy of the governance document approved by members on 22 September 2025 and subsequently approved by the NSW Fair Trading Commissioner on 10 October 2025 may be found here.

The Board has established three sub-committees.

• Board nominations sub-committee
• Executive Officer Remuneration, Performance & Recruitment sub-committee
• Internal Audit & Risk Management Sub Committee
