Constitution

On 17 September 2018, Connect: Inner West Transport Group Inc. members passed special resolutions to change the organisation’s name and to change the organisation’s constitution.

The organisation is now known as ‘Connect: Inner West Community Transport Group Inc.’

A copy of the constitution approved by members on 17 September 2018 and subsequently approved by the NSW Fair Trading Commissioner on 8 October 2018 may be found here.

The Board has established three sub-committees.

• Board nominations sub-committee
• Executive Officer Remuneration, Performance & Recruitment sub-committee
• Internal Audit & Risk Management Sub Committee
