What’s on in your local Community?

Connect can provide so much more than just safe and reliable transport for shopping and medical appointments.  We provide a chance to connect with your friends, family and local community to do the things you want to do, when you want to do them.

In addition to Connect’s offerings on our social outings calendar, there are so many opportunities to take part in wonderful social events and activities within your local community every day of the week.  The Inner West Council is a great source of information for upcoming events for seniors in the local area.

Connect can arrange to transport you to any event, activity or occasion within our business hours of 7.30am – 5.00pm.   Outside of these hours, on evenings and weekends, Connect clients can use our new Community Cabcharge service.  This allows those eligible for the service to travel independently, via taxi at a subsidised rate.

If you would like to apply for a community cabcharge card, or would like more information regarding eligibility, please call us on 02 9558 6800
